1. EZYcount se digitalise
D’ici fin février, un forum managé par l’équipe EZYcount remplacera le numéro de téléphone ainsi que l’adresse email support@ezycount.ch pour répondre à toutes vos questions mais bien plus encore. Ce forum vous permettra d’échanger et d’apprendre des expériences des autres participants. Vous aurez également la possibilité de nous transmettre vos besoins et demandes sur le produit directement par le forum.
Le numéro de téléphone 027 327 21 11 ainsi que l’adresse email support@ezycount.ch seront fermés d’ici fin février.
De plus, les événements « Viens faire ta compta » sont également digitalisés. La première session en ligne aura lieu dans le courant de février. Date et détails vous seront communiqué la semaine prochaine.
2. L’automatisation pour gagner du temps
Pour vous faire gagner un temps précieux, notre prochain développement est l’automatisation par règles. D’ici fin mai, vous pourrez créer des règles pour passer les écritures de la banque automatiquement. Nous avons réussi à lever les fonds nécessaires pour faire ce développement.

Bis Ende Februar wird ein vom EZYcount-Team geleitetes Forum die Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse support@ezycount.ch ersetzen, um alle Ihre Fragen zu beantworten, aber noch viel mehr. In diesem Forum können Sie sich austauschen und von den Erfahrungen anderer Teilnehmer lernen. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, uns Ihre Wünsche und Anforderungen an das Produkt direkt über das Forum mitzuteilen.
Die Telefonnummer 027 327 21 11 und E-Mail-Adresse support@ezycount.ch werden bis Ende Februar geschlossen sein.
2. Automatisierung zur Zeitersparnis
Um Ihnen wertvolle Zeit zu sparen, ist unsere nächste Entwicklung die regelbasierte Automatisierung. Bis Ende Mai können Sie Regeln für die automatische Buchung der Bank erstellen. Wir konnten die notwendigen Mittel für diese Entwicklung aufbringen.
Weitere Informationen werden in den kommenden Monaten folgen.

This forum will allow you to exchange and learn from the experiences of other participants. You will also have the opportunity to send us your needs and requests about the product directly through the forum.

2. Automation to save time
To save you valuable time, our next development is rule-based automation. By the end of May, you will be able to create rules for automatically booking bank’s entries. We were able to raise the necessary funds to do this development.
More information will follow in the coming months.
