Currency "Official Rate" retrieving incorrect rate

The button “Official Rate” seems to be retrieving an incorrect rate.

When following the procedure on http://support.ezycount.ch/version-2-0-2/parameters/foreign-currencies/ creating currency EUR Feb 2019 valid from 01.02.2019 to 28.01.2019 and clicking on the “Official Rate” button the rate is 1 EUR = 1.1547 CHF which is not the official exchange rate displayed for February 2019 on https://www.estv.admin.ch/estv/fr/home/mehrwertsteuer/dienstleistungen/fremdwaehrungskurse/monatsmittelkurse/aktueller-monatsmittelkurs.html which is 1 EUR = 1.1393 CHF

Thank you very much for the information. I’ve pushed the information to the IT dev team who need to control the link with the VAT office connector. Maybe something changed and we where not aware of.
As soon as this is repaired, we will post it here. (please add a flag to be noticed when this happen)
