Booking not possible - "Before blocking date"

I try to do a booking but cannot. It says « Before blocking date ».
What is it and how to change it?

The blocking date is a safety that you can create in your account to block any booking before a specific date.
You can change this date at any given time.
To do so, go to « Parameters->Company Details »
In the section Accounting you find the Blocking date.
Do not forget to Save at the bottom.
